What if this year you took a totally different approach to your health? And instead of putting all your focus on what you’re doing, you put the focus on who you actually want to be? "Just Move January" is unlike anything you've done before and that's what it's all about!

This is a fitness challenge where the focus will be on building a new habit into your daily routine that will last you a lifetime. Your challenge is to show up every day for a new unique movement class, for the next 31 days straight! Each class is always 15 minutes or less and is open level so anyone can join in.

🌟There are 5 sections of the program:
Week 1: Starting Where You Are
Week 2: Finding a Growth Mindset
Week 3: Slip ups & Solutions
Week 4: Self Trust & Fostering Long Lasting Change
Week 5: A 3-day celebration of all that we have accomplished!

We break up the program into weekly themes because we are here to slowly build up our confidence. The first step to actually creating change, is believing you are capable and that is what this program will give you.

Along with the movement classes, you will have access to a FREE downloadable workbook that will help guide you through the internal push back that naturally comes up when we are trying something new. It has extra motivation, journal prompts, affirmation prompts, and a daily gratitude practice.

There is so much you will gain from a program like this. YES, you will get to move your body daily, doing fun unique workouts, but you will gain a better understanding of who you are and what you are truly able to accomplish which is so different than programs that ask you to make huge, unmanageable changes to your life. Big changes lead to burn out, small changes lead to lasting results.

So let's try something new. Let's see what we can accomplish, if we truly take the time to do it the right way.
