High-Intensity, known exercises, strenght and dance moves, that's what we want! The movements are based on the music, so feel the beat and go with the flow!
Every song has is own movements that will repeat a couple of times. Sometimes you will see what is coming up and sometimes I'll give you the cue with my hands :-)
This workout will give you the good feeling you're looking for. It may be hard sometimes, it can be intense, but no worries! Together we can do this 💪
