2020 - the year to try something crazy. What a huge day out. Orla Perć (Eagle's Path) is the most difficult hike in the Tatra mountain range. I was getting skeptical about my route choice and whether I can physically even manage it, as often it's split into a two-day hike. I originally wanted to hike on the Sunday but the forecast showed strong winds, so I pushed it for Monday instead. I'm sure this resulted in way fewer people and I totally smashed the 28k route in 8 hours. Hands down the best hike I've ever done! Cannot recommend it enough.
