Menchi Katsu (minced pork katsu) is one of Japan's most home cooked family foods.
Unlike other Japanese Katsu recipes this one uses minced meat. This gives you the opportunity to flavour and season the meat with salt and pepper during preparation. I love garlicy flavours soI often put a couple of teaspoons of garlic paste into this recipe as well but you don't have to! 🥰
