Full Body Cardio at Home | Dumbbells & Steppers Only | No Machines Needed
Today I made a full-body cardio workout using only dumbbells and steppers, perfect for improving blood flow, burning calories, and building overall conditioning.
To start the workout, I used treadmill running for 10–15 minutes.
If you don’t have a treadmill, you can easily replace it with jumping jacks to increase heart rate and improve blood circulation before training.
🏃 Warm-Up & Mobility
10–15 minutes running / jumping jacks
Leg swings (front & side)
Shoulder rotations
Arm rotations

Front leg kicks on steppers
Dumbbells from ground to overhead press
Side jumps on steppers
Dumbbell weight swings

Alternating leg raises
Seated leg swings
Lying full-body crunches

Sit and stretch for 1 minute to relax muscles and improve recovery
