In-season training off the course will be significantly different than off-season training for professional golfers. Now the focus is on maintaining power (not demonstrated in this video was med ball throw variations), balance, dissociation (not all drills included here), and some overall maintenance.

Using a sports cord around the waist, or torso wrapping with a mobility band (videos to come soon) are an excellent way to drive acceleration and deceleration drills for rotational athletes. Depending on how you position the person in relation to the anchor, you can focus on increasing power and drive acceleration OR maintain balance/position while decelerating.
