London voxpops as prorogation standoff continues

(12 Sep 2019) London commuters on Thursday reacted to the decision by a Scottish court that ruled that UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's prorogation of Parliament was unlawful.
Wednesday's ruling by the Edinburgh court deepened British's political deadlock, with less than 50 days to go before Brexit is due.
Ruth Atkinson, a retiree in London said that she is pleased with the ruling and she welcomed anything that would stop Britain from leaving the EU.
She added that she supported another referendum, as she believed that people were not given the full picture in the referendum three and a half years ago.
"I think a lot of people might change their minds," she said.
Another retiree Eileen Goodway said she thinks the UK needs to leave the EU with a deal and a no-deal is not acceptable.
Meanwhile, Karl Schreiter, a 25-year-old London residents thought that there would be another Brexit extension and the UK would be leave the bloc on the 31st October.
"I really can't see a positive end to Brexit," he added.
