Went out of town last week and tried an anytime fitness in Arizona N. Vision Way
It wasn’t a big gym but the equipment was great and they had great use of the space available.
Day pass was only $5 and the gym is 24 hours so I recommend it if you’re looking to get in a workout and are in the area!
Workout:
Squats 3x 10 (light)
Leg press( 5 sets to failure heavy)
Rows 8 sets of 8
Incline press 5 sets to failure
Concept rower 5 sets of 20 cals
