Meal Ideas

Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
1/4C extra virgin olive oil
2T lemon juice
1t mustard (dijon works well too)
1T honey
salt to taste

Creamy Tomoto & Roasted Corn Ravioli Sauce
makes 2
2T butter or extra virgin olive oil
3-4 Tomatos
1/2t minced garlic
1/2t Italian seasoning
Onion salt to taste
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes to taste
1 shot of vodka or 1t of sugar
Roasted corn
1/4 cup of cream (optional)

Trader Joe's Mushroom & black truffle Flat Bread
Trader Joe's Oganic Arugula
Trader Joe's Aoili Glarlic Mutard
Trader Joe's Sweet Corn Burrata & Basil Ravioli
Trader Joe's Ezeikiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas
Trader Joe's Caramelized Onions
Trader Joe's Coconut Oil Cookng SPray
Trader Joe's Onion Salt


Directions
Warm butter or oil On medium high heat. Add tomato, Italian seasoning, onion salt, chili flakes & salt then cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tomatoes are soft. Mash the tomato, add roasted Corn, minced garlic and vodka. Bring up to a boil and once it starts boiling turn heat to medium and let it cook for another 15-20 minutes. Add a splash of cream. Add ravioli and enjoy!
