Bahan-bahan :
Poori :
1 cawan tepung gandum
½ sudu kecil tepung suji
secubit garam
secubit gula
1/3 cawan air mengikut keperluan
Minyak (goreng)
Masala kentang:
2 kentang (rebus dahulu)
½ biji tomato (potong kecil)
1 biji bawang (potong halus)
½ sudu besar dhall
10gm gajus
1 cili hijau
¼ bawang putih (potong kecil)
1/8 serbuk kunyit (organicule)
secubit serbuk cili
2 tangkai daun kari
2 tangkai daun ketumbar
1/3 sudu kecil jintan manis
Garam, mengikut keperluan
Air
Minyak
Hiasan :
Daun ketumbar.
Cara memasak:
Poori:
1. Sediakan mangkuk, masukkan tepung gandum, tepung suji, garam dan gaul sebati.
2. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan uli sampai jadi doh.
3. Selepas itu, buat bebola seperti di video.
4. Kemudian, taburkan sedikit tepung gandum di meja supaya doh tidak melekat.
5. Leperkan doh guna tangan dan golekkan penggelek supaya doh menjadi bulat seperti di dalam video.
6. Terus masukkan dalam kuali dengan minyak yang panas. Cara goreng boleh tengok dalam video. Simple dan mudah.
Masala kentang:
1. Untuk kentang masala pula, tumis jintan manis, gajus, daun kari, dhall, cili hijau. Bawang merah dan kacau sehingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan sedikit serbuk kunyit (organicule), serbuk cili dan sedikit bawang putih. Kacau lagi.
3. Masukkan air dan garam.
4. Masukkan kentang yang sudah direbus terlebih dahulu.
5. Masukkan tomato dan daun ketumbar.
6. Sedia untuk dihidang bersama poori.

Serving: 4 pax
Poori:
1cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp suji flour
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar
1/3 cup water as needed
Oil (fry)
Potatoes Gravy:
2 potato (cooked)
1/2 tomato (cut into small)
1 onion(finely cut)
1/2 tbsp dhall
10g cashewnutes
1 green chili
1/4 garlic
1/8 turmeric powder
A pinch chili powder
2 stalk curry leaves
2 stalk coriander leaves
1/3 tsp mustard seeds
1/3 tsp Cumin seeds
salt, as needed
Water
Oil
Garnishing:
Coriander
Cooking method:
Poori
1. Prepare a bowl, add wheat flour, suji flour, salt and mix well.
2. Add water little by little and knead until it becomes a dough.
3. After that, make a ball as in the video.
4. Then, sprinkle a little wheat flour on the table so that the dough does not stick.
5. Flatten the dough by hand and roll the dough using roller pin so that the dough is round as in the video.
6. Continue to put in a pan with hot oil. The way to fry can be seen in the video. Simple and easy.
Masala potatoes:
1. For masala potatoes, stir -fry cumin, cashews, curry leaves, dhall, green chillies, onion and stir until fragrant.
2. Add a little turmeric powder (organicule), chili powder and a little garlic. Stir again.
3. Add water and salt.
4. Add the boiled potatoes first.
5. Add the tomatoes and coriander leaves. Stir again.
6. Ready to be served with poori.
