DCS F/A-18c - Hornet 1989 Campaign - Mission 4 - Fighter Sweep

Описание: SITUATION

Red forces continue to sweep south, with Georgian forces acting as no more than a speed bump. Despite around-the-clock use of tactical air, red forces are now moving on the northern outskirts of Kobuleti.

Additional red air tactical assets have also been brought into the AOR with MiG-25s now operating out of Nalchik, to the northeast.

OBJECTIVE

VFA-34 will target red armor in the immediate area south of Kobuleti airfield (waypoint 4). One division (Dodge) is tasked with anti-armor, while your flight (Colt) will be tasked with a fighter sweep of the area. Additionally, another division (Uzi) will be tasked with SEAD of the target area and VFA-114 (Chevy) will provide additional fighter sweep support.

This mission is designed to be flown with 'allied flight reports' enabled in your gameplay options. Calls from package members will be limited to the following information:

Escort: enemy aircraft kills
SEAD: location of enemy SAM being attacked; location of enemy SAM destroyed
CAS: location of target being attacked; location of target destroyed


Mission Success Criteria:

1. All Dodge flight members reach the target or surviving members of Dodge flight do significant damage to the target.
