High Protein Grocery Haul & Full Back/Rear Delt Workout

Join us as we touch down in Salt Lake City, Utah. First stop was to a grocery store, where we walk you through a simple, high protein grocery haul.
Next up, we found an awesome local gym, called Butler Pro gym. We crushed a workout and signed up for a week pass there.
Here is the workout we did:
1- Straight arm cable pulldown 3x15
2- Wide-grip lat pull-down 3x8
3- Cable shrug (Single arm) 3x12
4- Seated cable row 3x8
5- Single arm lat pull-down 8/side
6- Cross arm rear delt fly 3x15
7- Seated cable row face pull 3x12
We also did some biceps to finish it off which wasn’t shown in this video. 💪
