Hey Workout Partners! Join me for a 40 Minute Cardio and Upper Body Workout! We have 9 Circuits. 2 exercises each circuit and we will go through each circuit 3 times! Each Circuit will last for 30 seconds and will be followed by 15 seconds rest.
Workout:
Circuit 1
Burpee w/One Squat Jump
Jump Tap w/ Hamstring Curl
Circuit 2
DB Jump Overs
High Knee Pauses
Circuit 3
Front Jack Punches
Cross Leg Front Raise
Circuit 4
Wide Leg Squat Jacks
Side/Side Front Planks
Circuit 5
Skiers
3 Duck Walks w/2 Squat Jumps
Circuit 6
Lying Hyperextensions to Push Up
Triceps w/2 Kicks
Circuit 7:
On Knee Triceps Kickback
Seated Shoulder Press to Hip Thrust
Circuit 8:
Step Back to Bicep Curl to Back Row
Push Up on Knees to Upright Row
Circuit 9:
One Arm Press w/Leg Raise
Close Arm Chest Press
Level: All Levels
Equipment: Dumbbells and Mat
Intensity: High
