How to make a Big Trouble in Little Cynar
First created at VOX Table in Austin - with no Cocchi Americano on the back bar, I improvised with a combination of sweet and dry vermouth. I was quite happy with the results. The original recipe can be found directly below.

INGREDIENTS
60mL Jagermeister Spiced
30mL Thyme-infused Cocchi Americano (I substituted for vermouth in the video)
15mL Cynar (pronounced "chee-nah")
INGREDIENTS (ADAPTED)
60mL Housemade Jagermeister Spiced (sweetened Jager + cinnamon, vanilla & Thyme)
22.5mL Dry Vermouth
7.5mL Sweet Vermouth
15mL Cynar
HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
2. Stir for 20-25 seconds or until adequately diluted
3. Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass
4. Garnish with a sprig of thyme
