Workout Breakdown:
Warm-up
1) Jumping Jacks
2) 3 way lunges
3) squat and twist
4) glute bridge
5) bird dog
Part 1: 3 rounds
1) Lunge combo: front, side, back, curtsy (6 per leg)
2) Stiff leg DL - 14 reps
3) SL Foot Elevated Glute Bridge (12 reps per leg)
4) Banded bird-dog ( 10 per side)
5) banded lateral walks (amrap)
Part 2: 3 Rounds
1) 3 Way pushups ( 12 total pushups)
2) Front raise, Lateral raise (8 reps)
3) Plank rows (10 per arm)
4) Tricep dips (12 reps)
5) Band pull apart OR rear delt fly (12 reps)
Part 3: (1 round) (30:10)
1) switch lunges
2) KB swings
3) plank jack shoulder taps
4) tuck ups
5) heel click + squat jump
6) arch body hold
7) lateral hop, vertical hop, pushup
8) jugglers
9) hollow body hold
