Alpe du Zwift – Stage 1 of Turf N Surf.
Forgot to turn the fan on 🤦♂️
Had to jump off the bike, lost time and positions.
Dropped back hard, but stayed calm and worked back through the field.
Finished 240th out of ~320 riders, gained around 15 places after the mistake.
Not a perfect race, but good training under stress and heat.
Legs worked, power held, lesson learned: fan on, always.
Part of my Ironman preparation — nothing fancy, just work.

Avg power: 159 W
Time: 54 min
Short sprint peak: 559 W
Solid effort despite the interruption
