High Performance Tennis Drills. Designed for Professional Tennis Players by former ATP & WTA players!
The movement to transition into the court and hit an attacking ball is very important to ensure success and efficiency when being offensive. Alongside this attacking movement, it is incredibly important to utilize the crossover movement pattern to recover your position on the court and to move quickly while covering great distances laterally. Practice this drill with a cone, water bottle or a towel to use as a reference point to recover to, this will force you to extend your strides and visualize the distance you have to cover to fully recover and attack!
