Here's our take on how to stretch the internal rotators of the shoulder by using a towel. Very beneficial for females who have a hard time putting on their bra or males who want to scratch that itch they can't get to.
Use a towel to do this stretch. Place one arm behind the back while holding the towel and with the other arm, pull upwards so the bottom arm goes up. You should feel the stretch on the bottom arm. Hold stretch for 30 seconds to a minute. Repeat twice on each arm.
