High-Conflict Couple: Mom Uses A Pizza Delivery SCAM To KIDNAP Daughter From Dad’s Custody!

Описание: Today, we have 8 hearings with a high-conflict couple where Dad was the one with primary custody
and Mom had visitation until Mom kidnapped the child with a fake pizza delivery scam claiming the
child was being abused in Dad’s care.


But, Dad’s custody was restored and up until recently the child was with primarily with him again but
Mom has now taken the child and is yet again claiming abuse while withholding the child from Dad.


Despite the judge ordering Mom to send the child for visitation with Dad and to contact the GAL
ASAP, Mom defies all of these court orders claiming the child was so scared she had to take her to the
ER to calm her down. She couldn’t possibly have taken her for visits!


This just scratches the surface of the crazy accusations and wild claims made by a mother whose
criminal record and addiction issues seem to be the real problem here.


But, let’s see what the judge thinks...
