Today, we have 8 hearings in a ROLLER COASTER of a case, where Dad wants Mom
held in contempt for withholding the child and involving him in the court process. He
claims she encourages the child to refuse to go to visitation and coaches him to reject
his father including having him write a letter to the COURT to complain about his Dad.


Mom says that none of that is true and that their son just hates going to his Dad’s and
no one will listen to how horrible he’s treated by his Father. She thinks his residential
time should be reduced or supervised because HER son is “refusing to go” and it’s not
her fault that her son is “suffering” and she won’t make him go if he doesn’t want to.


That just scratches the surface of the allegations and shade these parents claim have
happened.
