My goal for your stretch this week is to slow it down for you and stretch all the major muscles in your body. We will start at the top of your body with biceps, triceps, shoulders, rhomboids, pecs, and then move to your lower body stretching the hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and psoas!
