Workout:
1. Donkey Kicks: 45 Seconds Each side
2. Lunge Dips: 60 Seconds Each Side
3. Glute Bridges: 60 Seconds
4. Hip Thrusts: 60 Seconds
5. Fire Hydrants: 45 Seconds Each Side
6. Ski Squats: 45 Seconds
7. Leg Raises: 60 Seconds
8. Inside raises: 45 Seconds Each Side
9. Side Lunge: 60 Seconds Each Side
10. Burpees: 60 Seconds
Repeat 1-3 times depending on ability and time available
