Pan Fried Salmon With Miso Sauce 味噌三文魚
Ingredients:
1 pound salmon fillet
1 green onion, cut the white part into 3 inches segments,
chopped the green part
1/2 oz ginger, slices
1 tbsp Miso paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp white rice wine
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Process:
1, cut the salmon fillet in half
2, make the sauce with Miso paste, soy sauce, honey,
black pepper, rice wine and 2 tbsp water
3, put on medium heat, put the butter and vegetable oil
into a pan, add green onion and ginger, fry until
fragrant, remove them
4, put the salmon into the pan, fry 6 minutes, then turn it
over and fry for another 6 minutes, then fry both
sides for a minute, then take them out and put them on
the plate
5, pour the oil out from the pan, only leave a tbsp of oil in
the pan
7, pour the sauce into the pan, stir constantly until the
sauce becomes thick
8, drizzle the sauce over the salmon
9, sprinkle some chopped green onions for garnish
