Equipment Needed: Set of dumbbells (I'm using 8lbs)
Full Body HIIT Workout
Sumo squat to upright row
Incline push up to child's pose stretch
Lateral lunge to shoulder press
Quadruped alternating row to tricep kickback
In my last trimester I've been LOVING full body workouts so I'm excited to share my exact full body HIIT day with y'all! Set your timer for 45 seconds of work 15 seconds to transition and do this circuit 2x through!
As a reminder I'm currently 37.5 weeks pregnant so this workout is pre/postnatal friendly but always consult with your doctor before exercising
