This workout can be done anywhere you are able to move freely.
You set the scene - I’ll set the tone.
Equipment used:
Hand weights
Pilates ball
Yoga Mat
All movements can be performed without equipment.
Please listen to your body and move within a range that feels right for you. Modify or rest whenever needed.
