EXERCISE: Sufi Grinds/Seated Torso Circles
Sit on the floor in cross-legged position, holding onto your knees. Start circling your torso in one direction for about 1-3 min. and then switch the direction going the other way for about 1-3 min. Inhale as you roll forward and exhale as you roll back.
Benefits: Sufi Grinds help to strengthen the digestive system. This exercise improves mobility in the hips and spine, as well as energize the body and mind. The energy of the lower spine moves upward.
