I thought this would be much, much worse than it actually was since I thought you'd need to roll 120 BPD vs. 88 Bonus T1 to avoid Tickles (you can just tank it) and that you'd need a triple crit Rebuke for Phase 2, along with edging the thresholds being difficult at times. As it turned out, this ended up being quite lenient instead (it's still bad).
Stats:
200 INT | 200 DEX | 45 END
8x Tog-Eater Spider
8x Oaklore Knight
Gear:
A lot. Don't use Chaosweaver for YD.
Strategy & Commentary:
We open by starting Draco in its Mischief rotation, using Chimera on T2 to avoid Fumes on T3 as well as their inversion nuke by getting them to the 90% threshold on T4. Gambit is used afterwards, with Aegis being used on T7, followed by an Siphon, Revenant's Remnant, and an HP pot. Our healing is done in this specific order so that the Arachnalchemy effects aren't purged, and while reversing the order allows us to have a shred of hope if we get 0/2 Siphon crits, doing it this way makes the coinflip on T13 much better with the additional BPD. We'll also want to edge just above 60% on T12, as doing so allows us to skip the DoT while we're under eAegis by reaching the 60% threshold on T16 instead. Rebuke is used thereafter, and with Rolith's Backup Hammer and Snow's Repose, we are able to virtually guarantee 1/3 Rebuke crits for a consistent 1201 dmg, just enough for us to stall P2 until 19.
Upon entering P2, our main priority is to avoid Rending Claw, as the -Boost and -Bonus debuffs can either be worked around or made up with better RNG later on. Upon surviving until T23, we're virtually homefree, as we only need one Rebuke crit (unless you got hit with Sundered Arms and Draco gets Water Primal).
