Strategy & Commentary:

This is a really good matchup, as Kartherax dies in two burst cycles and Acatriel's Turning Time mechanic is essentially nonexistent thanks to your two low CD stuns. Techno's low CD shield and CD reduction through Overclock also help it deal with the -AVD spam at the start of the fight, which is a massive boon. While you'd probably lack the firepower to reliably kill Kartherax ASAP with full weakcore restrictions, I don't think it'd be too difficult to adapt — you could use either Zard Legs or Zard Tartare (+Crit and +Boost food, respectively) during your second cycle and / or omit Aging on turn 13 and instead use Horizon one turn earlier so that you can shield Kartherax's -MPM on turn 17, which is where he dies in this video.

As for the details on killing Kartherax, it isn't anything out of the ordinary. CHA stack is used during setup on turn three to have Scales come up on turn 21, and the first cycle is unfortunately cut pretty short since we need to use Attack on Acatriel to dispel Unguarded and then shield the following turn to avoid Kartherax's -AVD. Using Chimera on turn six instead does allow you to squeeze in Force Sword at the cost of a Crit / BPD gamble to avoid the -AVD on turn seven, but you'll need to switch the places of Barrier and Mana Eruption at the start and use Scales on turn one (you'll also need 150 CHA instead if you want to use Scales again on turn 21, but you're fine using it on turn 22 instead since Acatriel won't have any Boost on turn 21 and the +Bonus he gets from Turning Time on turn 23 doesn't stack enough to be relevant before you reset it). After shielding, we immediately use Overclock and use Barrier again on turn 10, followed by an HP potion to recover and cleanse Parasitic Grasp on turn 11. Now that we've healed back to full, we should have enough HP to tank while we go through a proper burst cycle to finish off Kartherax.

After Kartherax dies, Acatriel is a joke. As long as we stay at low MP, we have no trouble getting him to his second phase in one Tog Horizon cycle and then killing him another. Even if you fail to secure the kill, Scales, Barrier, and Repair will all be up at the end of your second burst cycle, so you're practically home free at this point. Just remember that he uses a claw every eleven turns in phase two, so plan accordingly.
