this will transform your turns | RTTS ep 3

Описание: in this coaching session we are focused on our front side turns - learning how to turn in a way where friction is decreased and our turns can be more flowing and smooth, rather than clunky and stiff. Mikey February is an amazing example of this, and you can see how he uses the lean method to move the board effortlessly. that's what we are learning today but I do encounter a couple of hiccups along the way :')

this is part of a coaching series where i am learning how to surf better by skating on land. i live on the Gold Coast which is a very populated surf town so sometimes it's hard to progress in the surf when everyone is competing for waves. this makes it hard to take more risks because my wave count is lower. so the solution to this is practicing on a skateboard in a skate park, getting the muscle memory down so when the time comes in the surf i'll know what to do!
