Luis Miguel Gallardo, Founder | Author | Hypnotherapist | PCC Coach (ICF) | Professor of Practice. A visionary leader and soul alchemist, shaping a new paradigm of leadership and well-being rooted in consciousness, freedom, and happiness for all. He is the Founder of the World Happiness Foundation, World Happiness Fest, World Happiness Academy, bē, and The Exponentials of Happiness (TEOH) Lab.



Paulina Nava Villazón is an industrial engineer by training and a world traveler and soul explorer at heart, deeply passionate about connecting people, cultures, and nature. She has facilitated workshops on well-being, leadership, and consciousness in over 30 countries, working with hospital teams in Nepal, hospitality professionals in Bhutan, and indigenous communities across Latin America. Blending science, mindfulness, and ancestral wisdom, Paulina designs human-centered, experiential journeys that awaken clarity, purpose, and collective well-being—grounded in the belief that inner transformation is the foundation for systemic change.


Silvia Estevez Founder of SUMASET, executive and agile coach, and international speaker on well-being and happiness. Committed to human flourishing across organizations, education, and society, she integrates emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and mindful practices to support leaders, teams, adolescents, and families. She is also Leader of Schools of Happiness at the World Happiness Foundation, where she advances education rooted in awareness, purpose, and joy.


Gema BALLESTEROS Head of Wellbeing, PSHE and Healthy Schools Lead, and Chief Happiness Officer (CHO), with extensive experience in training, change management, and educational consulting. She is a certified Senior Mental Health Lead (SMHL), Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England), and holds the NPQSL qualification. As an Advisor to the World Happiness Foundation, she supports leaders and institutions in developing healthy, sustainable, and people-centered cultures through leadership development, writing, and environmental consulting.
