No Fail Rainbow Jelly Cheesecake I No Bake Broken/Stained Glass Cheesecake I Cathedral Windows

Описание: This recipe is a mashup of the broken glass, stained glass or as Filipinos call it cathedral windows and the tangy creamy cheesecake that most of us love. What makes it more unique is the rainbow Jell-O in the cheesecake. Every slice is attractively colorful and different. One can hardly contain his excitement to dip the knife into it for a portion.
It's a no bake process that even young kids can prepare. It can also be a make ahead dessert when bringing for a potluck or hosting a party.

Ingredients:
Rainbow Jell-O
42 grams each Jell-O (lime, lemon, strawberry)
1 1/2tbsp gelatin powder
3 cups water

Graham Crust
20 square pieces graham crackers crushed
1 1/2tbsp packed brown sugar
6tbsp melted unsalted butter

Cheesecake
2tbsp gelatin powder soaked in 1/3 cup water
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups room temperature cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream or butter milk
1 cup whipping cream or All Purpose Cream
vanilla (optional)
