I love no bake recipes because you do not need an oven to make delicious desserts. This is the most perfect and easy recipe to make a cheesecake because this is a "no fail-dessert". No bake cheesecake is not heavy on stomach but the texture is still smooth, creamy and rich. The cheesecake base is like a mousse and you can also add flavors that you like or experiment the recipe to make it more satisfying.
ingredients:
200g graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 stick margarine/butter, melted
500g cream cheese, softened at room temp.
740ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
300ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
2 tbsp gelatin, clear & unflavored(soak in 2-3 tbsp water)
3-4 tbsp hot water

Toppings:
blueberry
strawberry
mango
dulce de leche
ube
