Meanwhile in Minnesota, the fraud keeps growing. Fahima Mahamud — the 79th person charged in the Feeding Our Future scheme — ran a daycare that pulled $10.2 million in child care assistance. She was caught at the airport trying to flee to London. A new daycare opened at the same address the very next day. A 22-year-old ran a $6 million autism fraud scheme in St. Cloud and just pled guilty — he told the judge he didn't know a single person with autism.
79 people charged. 51 guilty pleas. Billions gone. And the sitting congresswoman from Minnesota with an ethics referral, financial disclosure questions, and immigration fraud allegations confirmed by the Assistant Attorney General? Untouched.
