The disgraced former mayor of Dolton, Illinois jumped on Facebook Live claiming the Board of Trustees walked out of a meeting where they were supposed to settle a $33 million lawsuit — and that their walkout is why Dolton residents are now staring down a $40.6 MILLION judgment that could spike property taxes by $800 a year.

Lewis Lacey, a man with SIX prior chases resulting in injuries. Henyard knew all of this and promoted him to police chief anyway. That same Lewis Lacey just pled guilty to federal bankruptcy fraud and is NOW cooperating with federal investigators.
