This is a 25 minute upper body workout that can be done at home with dumbbells. The workout includes a short warmup, then sets of 8 reps of different movements with short rests in between. The intensity of the workout will depend on the weights you choose to use. The workout is inspired by the Dungeons and Dragons character class Fighter, but you don't need to know what that is in order to do the workout. It’ll just make it more fun.
