Onions (sliced)
Tomatoes (sliced)
Capsicums (sliced)
Carrots (sliced)
Garlic (finely chopped)
Refined oil
Cumin seeds

Pizza-pasta sauce

#### For the Dough:
Wheat flour
Water
Salt

#### For the Wrap:
Mayonnaise
Cheese (optional)
Sauce
Lemon juice
Lachha Parantha (prepared from the dough)

Procedure:

1. *Preparing the Filling:*
Heat refined oil in a kadhai.
Add cumin seeds and garlic.
Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add the rest of the veggies and paneer.
Stir lightly, then add salt, oregano, black pepper, mixed herbs, and pizza-pasta sauce.
Mix well, cook for a few minutes, and then turn off the flame.

2. *Preparing the Dough:*
Mix wheat flour, water, and salt to make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into balls.

3. *Making the Lachha Parantha:*
Roll out a ball into a medium-thick lachha parantha.
Add oil, spread it evenly, and sprinkle flour.
Make a cut, roll it into a cone, then flatten and roll the parantha lightly.

4. *Assembling the Wrap:*
Mix mayonnaise, cheese (optional), and sauce.
Spread the mixture on the parantha.
Add the prepared filling in the center, sprinkle lemon juice, and roll the wrap.

5. *Packing:*
Allow the filling to cool before packing to prevent sogginess.
Pack the wrap in a lunchbox along with your choice of sides (e.g., kaju katli).
