INGREDIENTS:
Semolina (सूजी/रवा)- 250 grams/ 1+1/4 cup
Sugar (चीनी) - 60 grams/ 1/2 cup
Oil (तेल) - 80 grams/ 1/3 cup
Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - 1/2 cup
Milk (दूध) - 1 cup
Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence (वेनिला एसेंस) - 1/4 tsp
Dry Fruits (ड्राई फ्रूट्स) - some

FOR SUGAR SYRUP:
Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 cup
Water (पानी) - 1/2 cup
Lemon Slice (नींबू का टुकड़ा) - 1 small
Saffron (केसर) - some

RECIPE:

In a bowl, put some Semolina, Powdered Sugar, Oil and Desiccated Coconut then mix them. After then, add Milk in it gradually and make the batter. Keep the Batter for rest for 5-7 mins by covering it.
Then put Baking Powder and some Vanilla Extract in the batter and mix it well. Grease the Cake tin, dust some Semolina in it and put the batter in it, put some Desiccated Coconut and decorate it with Almonds then keep it for baking in OTG at 180 degree for 20-25 mins.
Check it after 20 mins and if cake will get baked then turn off the OTG.
Make Sugar Syrup and put the Sugar Syrup on the Cake and cut it in slices. In this way, Cake will get ready so easily at home only by using Semolina. This Super Tasty and Sponge Cake is originally known as Basbousa Cake and it is the speciallity of Egypt.
