This simple micro workout will literally just take a minute, but it can do wonders for your lower body mobility and conditioning.
Alternate between the lateral lunge on each side, stopping in the middle to do the narrow squat each time. Pull into the bottom of the squat on each rep to take as much weight off the hands as possible, while focusing on hip and ankle mobility.
