How To Make Halawet El Jibn/Sweet Cheese (حلاوة الجبن)
Simple Syrup Recipe
3 cups water
3 cups sugar
Sweet Cheese Recipe
130g butter
2 cups semolina
2 cups of simple syrup
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp orange blossom water
1 tbsp rose water
Pipe Ashta onto cheese dough, then rollover and push down. Brush with simple syrup and add pistachio.
Alternatively, You can thinly slice the cheese dough and place onto a plate, add the ashta on top and pour syrup on when serving.
