Quick and highly effective workout routine for busy people! Complete your cardio, strength and pilates workout in just 45 min workout session. Your pilates ring is absolutely optional.
Get ready for full body burn with this 45 minute total body low impact HIIT workout with weights and pilates ring today.
This metabolic HIIT workout is low impact but definitely high burn full body training for all fitness levels. We are working on 60/30 HIIT intervals today. This workout is a high calorie burning workout (no jumping), so it is totally knees friendly cardio, strength and pilates workout session - all in one.
We have 6 low impact hiit blocks to complete today, and pilates stretches at the very end.
For your reference I'm using 5 lbs dumbbells and medium resistance pilates ring today.
