Join us today for our final day in our ab and core workout series. Today we are standing and using one light weight (1-5lbs). I am using a 5lb weight in the video.
Today works your balance and control with this weighted barre workout. We do some rotations and arm work as well as toning your abs int his challenging workout.
In this 5 day series we work our core and abs in a different position and today in the final day we stand!
