I got turtwig back in May and it took me ages to make this video. Part of me kept forgetting about this video because so much time had passed and even when i evolved turtwig it took me ages to finish this video. Lowkey i don't love this video i think it's pretty mid. I view my upload for the month as a special video i wanna be really happy with but i just didn't have any footage that i wanted to work with.

I try to have the videos and hunts be somewhat seasonal or at least that's how i think about them. For the past several months I've had a video planned more or less for a slot but for February i had nothing. I was supposed to finish my big project by then (but that didn't happen)

This video at least to me doesn't have much passion in it but i just couldn't find anything this month and figured that i don't have to love every video i work on. I've gotten a new shiny that will be a video soon and that i should be more passionate about but I've also been taking a bit of a break to play metaphor more (fun game)

I could go down two paths rn one is where i knock out next months video early and take most of the month away from shiny hunting as i get back into it. The other is to keep hunting and try and reignite my passion that way. Not sure what I'm gonna do but i'm glad i was able to put out this video and not feel the pressure of uploading something.
