쇠고기호박고추장찌개 재료: 쇠고기 120g, 쥬키니 1/3개, 양파 1/4개, 두부 1/4모
파 2대, 할라피뇨 1개, 감자 작은 것 1개, 양송이 버섯 2개
마늘 1작은술, 고추장 1큰술, 된장 2큰술, 고추가루 1작은술
필요하면 소금으로 간 조절

이 찌개는 집에 있는 재료를 활용하기 때문에, 없다고 해서 재료를 따로 사야 하는 요리는 아닙니다.
그래도 메인은 쇠고기, 호박, 양파, 고추장, 된장이 됩니다.

Description:
This stew uses ingredients you likely have at home, so there’s no need to buy extra items.
The main ingredients are beef, zucchini, onion, gochujang, and doenjang.
*Beef & Potato Soy Braised
Ingredients
100g beef, 2 medium potatoes, 1/4 onion
3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp mirin, a pinch of pepper
240ml anchovy stock (1 cup)
*Spicy Cucumber Salad (Oi Gochujang Chomuchim)
Ingredients
4 cucumbers, 1/4 onion
1 tbsp (+1/4 tsp) salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tsp gochujang
Sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation & Cooking
Slice the cucumbers and thinly slice the onion.
Mix with salt, sugar, and vinegar and let sit for 15 minutes.
Squeeze lightly to remove excess water.
Add 1 tbsp red pepper powder and 1 tsp gochujang, and mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
