I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Jamie (aka fitragamuffin) and I’m here to lead you through a strength and/or body weight workout that focuses on all the other benefits of exercise beyond the aesthetics. I will not mention weight loss or calories burned in these videos.
As I state every video, “the timer and I are just guides, you take a break whenever you need it” and “you know your body better that I do- so choose the movement that works best for your body”

You'll need a variety of dumbbells, an open area and a water bottle and a towel.
Complete each exercise in the set for [30] seconds. There is [00]seconds of rest between movements. Repeat each complex 2 x through.
