Let’s rock this Cardio Step aerobics workouts together!
Today we have a full hour of step and abs. Fast basic-to-intermediate step (leans more on intermediate) aerobics at 135+ BPM for 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of abs. Oh, and when I say let’s rock, I mean to some 80s rock tunes.
