TODAY'S RECIPES:

BIRDMAN COCKTAIL
2oz Irish Whiskey
3/4oz Lime Juice
3/4oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2oz Falernum
1/2oz Honey Syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

METHOD: shake
GLASSWARE: Double Old-Fashioned
GARNISH: Mint Sprig

DUBLIN ICED COFFEE
1 1/2oz Irish Whiskey
3/4oz Simple Syrup
2oz Stout
2oz Cold Brew Coffee
Float of Heavy Cream (optional)

METHOD: Build in Glass
GLASSWARE: Collins
GARNISH: Grated Cinnamon

VANITY PROJECT
1 1/2oz Irish Whiskey
1oz Lillet Blanc
1/2oz St Germain
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

METHOD: stir
GLASSWARE: Double Old-Fashioned
GARNISH: Lemon Twist
