🧂 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 Cookies)
( you get total=150g+ cookies)

All-purpose flour (Maida) – 83 g (½ cup + 3 tbsp)

Ghee – 25 g (2 tbsp)

Butter – 33 g (2½ tbsp, soft)

Powdered sugar – 24 g (3 tbsp)

Milk powder – 4 g (1 tsp)

Baking powder – ½ tsp

Baking soda – ¼ tsp

Salt – ¼ tsp

Chaat masala – ¼ tsp (1.6 g)

Kasuri methi – ½ tsp (chopped)

Mix masala (garam masala + chili + cumin) – ½ tsp (3.3 g)


👩‍🍳 Method:

In a bowl, cream ghee, butter, and powdered sugar till light and fluffy.

Add milk powder, chaat masala, mix masala, and salt. Blend well.

Sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and add to the mixture.

Mix to form a smooth, soft dough (do not over-knead).

Shape cookies and place on a lined baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C (OTG mode) for 18–20 mins or till golden and crisp.

Cool completely and store in an airtight container.


✨ Tip: For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala on top before baking!
