Today's soap is a real beauty! We are colouring the soap using only natural Indigo root powder, no mica's and no oxide's, this is as natural as they come!
We are creating two different shades of blue using small amounts of the indigo powder and using these to colour portions of our cold process soap. We then use a drop swirl technique to create a pretty design in the soap. Finally, we topped it with dried Cornflower petals, which perfectly compliment the indigo shades.
Our soaps are all palm oil free and this one is vegan friendly too.
The ingredients we used for this soap are as follows:
Water 220g
Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) 109g
Olive Oil 340g
Coconut Oil 184g
Shea Butter 75g
Cocoa Butter 36g
Castor Oil 57g
Sweet Almond Oil 99g
Indigo Root Powder 1tsp
Cornflower Petals a handful for decoration
