Описание: This class will be helpful if you tend to stand with your pelvis tipping forward and a deep curve in your lower back. The stresses and strains of everyday life, life events and genetic factors can cause many to stand this way, with a deepening of the lower back curve, which leads to compression of the spine and shortness and tightness in the lower back muscles.

Lordosis is particularly common in women who have become mothers as in pregnancy, the weight of the baby pulls the lower spine in to this deeply curved position and it can stick like that as the muscles of the lower back shorten and tighten and the abdominal muscles become weaker.

It’s not just new mums that experience lordosis, anyone can, and if that’s you, this class is particularly suitable for helping you relieve the resulting back spasms and pain, and regular repetition of the class will improve your posture help prevent the problem occurring.

Even if lordosis is not your thing, this class is for anyone who wants to keep their spine healthy, their back strong and flexible, and their abdominal muscles strong in order to support good posture.

You will learn how to find and maintain good posture and keeping your body strong and able!
