Описание: A three-year-old girl with cortical visual impairment (CVI) is unable to visually avoid obstacles (is mobility visually impaired). Her progress is followed over eight months once wearing a pediatric belt cane (toddler cane) is provided. The belt cane eliminates her tactile defensiveness and improves her motor skills. She appears more self-confident as she begins purposefully exploring her school and responding correctly to the cane.
